The idea of injecting joy it is the pillar of our company. We make every effort to bring you a plant that matches the images on our website and closely as possible, in the size you choose. However, as with all living things, there is some natural variation in both size and shape – which we think makes them all the more beautiful.
For those customers who have our maintenance service packages, all our plants are guaranteed for 90 days.
For customers without maintenance service packages, we cannot accept responsibility for issues outside of our control like pests and diseases* after 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you’re unhappy with your plant for any reason, please get in touch within 14 days using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the home page of our website. If you don’t like your plant and would like to return it, we can collect it and refund the cost of the plant, provided you’ve been following our care instructions.
If you think your plant arrived damaged or unhealthy, please contact us and include a photograph of the plant in question. We will ask you some questions to understand how you’ve been caring for it, so that our plant doctors can diagnose the issue. In each case, we will do our best to help you get your plant back to full health. If we can’t fix the problem, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

*Our plants are Grade A quality and are rigorously checked against out high standards before delivery. Although we will always supply top quality plants, we do not have control over the soil and the conditions where our customers plant our products. Healthy plants can become sick when they are replanted in unhealthy soils and unfavourable conditions.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days, you are required to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them according to our plant care guidelines.
