We do! Each plant has a page on our website where you’ll find a summary of how to keep your plants happy, which includes details about watering, light, soil, and humidity. You can simply scan the QR Code on each plant's tag with your phone camera and it will take to straight to the right page!

Whether a plant is child/pet friendly depends on the specific type of plants. We make it very clear on each of our plant pages which ones are safe and which shouldn’t be around pets and babies.

We deliver all of our products anywhere in London, via a trusted courier.

If you spend over £30.00 the delivery is free! Below that amount delivery costs a flat rate of £10 per order.

We will process your order within 4 working days from when you place it, and it will be dispatched as quickly as possible. You will be able to track your order once it is on its way to you.Sometimes we will get your order processed sooner - it all depends on how busy we are.

If you miss your delivery and the courier is unable to access a safe place or a person to leave it with; they will notify you and attempt re-delivery on the next working day unless you instruct them otherwise.

At Your Garden is My Garden we love technology, but we also like old-fashioned phone calls to sort the delivery out efficiently.

Check the condition of your plant as soon as possible and contact us if there are any issues. Give your new plants time to rest - they need a moment to relax in their new home! Then you should check if your new plant needs a drink; you can refer to our growing tips if you aren’t sure how to tell. Repot your new plant or put the nursery pot it is deliver with inside your own decorative pot. The only thing left to do then is to put your plant in its new spot in your home and enjoy!

When you click “Book Services” you will be able to enter your details to request that our Founder and Head Gardener, Anna, comes to visit your garden and gives you a quote for our services.

This visit is completely free for you, and helps us to understand your requirements and get to know your garden. The free quotation visit also helps you to get to know us and decide if we are a good fit for what you need (we like to think we’re a good fit for everyone!) After your free visit, we will offer you a quote for the services that you require. You can choose between a one-off service, or subscribe on a monthly basis with a 10% discount, or yearly basis with a 15% discount!
